NAME

TicketTitlePrefixByRecipient - Add a prefix to the ticket title based on the original recipient.

DESCRIPTION

Imagine, you have specific mailaddresses for some projects (to distinct communication). If you get many emails, you might want to see the project a ticket belongs to in the dashboard. For that you could use a "Prefix" for the ticket title.

To set the prefix automatically when the ticket is created, you can use this addon. Just configure the "project" mail addresses and the prefix in the SysConfig and you're done...
