NAME

TicketLinkTableMarkClosedTickets - mark closed tickets in link table (AgentTicketZoom)

DESCRIPTION

In stock OTRS only the ticket numbers of merged tickets are striked through in the linktable (in AgentTicketZoom). With this addon you can define the ticket states that are shown striked through.
