TemplateX - Extension package for OTRS.

NAME

TemplateX - allow to set additional fields in templates.

DESCRIPTION

A standard OTRS template allows to define the content of an article, but no additional fields. This extension allows to define email receipients (To, Cc, Bcc) as well as tickte states (and pending time if required by state) to be set when selecting a template. Currently setting the ticket state is limited to AgentTicketCompose and AgentTicketForward.
