By default, each queue has one sender address assigned. This is usually a good idea, but under some circumstances, you may need to have several sender addresses per queue.
E.g. you have two queues "East::Hardware" that has "email@example.com" as the sender address and "West::Hardware" that has "firstname.lastname@example.org" as the sender address. You have one hardware supplier where only one of your mail addresses is registered as a customer. Now you have a ticket that you want to forward to your hardware supplier. What to do? You have two different sender addresses, but only one is registered as a customer.
With this add-on, you can define several sender addresses for a single queue. For tickets in those queues a dropdown is shown in the forward/bounce/answer dialogs (depends on configuration). Now the agent can choose the sender address.
By default the standard queue address is selected.
