Description

Integrates the OTRS native notification system to notify via E-mail and Jabber. Module Net::XMPP required.

JabberNotification

DESCRIPTION

This addon integrates the native OTRS Agent Notification system that sends e-mail notifications to agents to send jabber notifications as well. To use this, you need to install the Perl module Net::XMPP. If you are using Openfire as the Jabber Server, you may need to comment out the line 'return $self->AuthSASL(%args);' in the function AuthSend at /usr/share/perl5/Net/XMPP/Protocol.pm.

In the SysConfig (JabberNotification::Preferences) you have to configure the Jabber account data.

A new agent preference (Jabber ID) will be available in the Agent Profile so you can enter the Agent JID.
