Prerequisites

• OTRS 5.0

Installation

Download the package and install it via admin interface -> package manager.

Configuration

• Configure it via admin interface -> SysConfig

• Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Dashboard -> DashboardBackend###0090-MyTicketsDashlet

• By default the module is enabled.
