Description

Forward mails via postmaster filter.

ForwardMail

This addon enables you to define a PostmasterFilter that automatically forwards the mail. You can use everything in the filter section of the postmaster filter.

To forward a mail, you need to set the X-OTRS-ForwardMail-To header. You can either use a mail address there or a placeholder like <OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_ManagerEmail>.

In this example all mails that are sent to dummy+forward@perl-services.de are forwarded to any.address@perl-services.de.
