HideNotVerifiedPackagesAllowedNotification

DESCRIPTION

Due to security reasons, one cannot install not-verified packages in OTRS. But admins can allow not-verified packages. This is needed for most third-party addons like the ones from OPAR or from Feature-Addons.de.

When the feature is turned on, the admins get a notification near the navigation that warns the admin that the feature is activated.

Since OTRS 6.0.something this notification is shown on every page to admins. This is annoying since this was an educated decision.

Reasons I want to switch the notification off:

It's just annoying to see that warning on every single page as an admin.
I need the space the notification takes

After this addon is installed, the notification is only shown in the admin area.
