MoveLogoutButton

DESCRIPTION

In OTRS4 the logout and the preferences button moved to the rest of the toolbar icons ("my locked tickets", ...). This can be quite confusing. So this addon moves those two buttons to the right.

Found a bug (not registered on github). This package removes/conflicts with Frontend::ToolBarModule###10-Ticket::TicketSearchFulltext (or all of the modules after ToolBarModule###8 for that matter) despite working correctly on all other aspects.
