A module to close tickets more quickly from Dashboard.

NAME

QuickCloseDashboard

DESCRIPTION

This add on is an enhancement for the QuickClose add on. It adds a button to the dashboard widgets for each ticket, so the agent can close the ticket from that overview.

In contrast to the QuickClose add on, the agent can not choose one of the configured reasons to close the ticket. The button closes the ticket for a (globally) configured reason.

CONFIGURATION

The OTRS adminstrator has to configure two values in SysConfig:

• QuickClose::StandardID

  This is the id of the configured quick close reason that is taken to close the ticket

• QuickCloseDashboard::ButtonLabel

  The label for the buttons on the dashboard

PREREQUESITS

You have to install the QuickClose add on (http://opar.perl-services.de/bin/index.cgi/dist/QuickClose) first.
