Show queue comment in ticket create forms

NAME

ShowQueueComment

DESCRIPTION

With this addon you can store additional information about the queue in the comments field. Whenever you select a queue in the ticket create masks (AgentTicketPhone, AgentTicketEmail), this comment is shown.
