Hi, i've installed the Package but cannot find the Config Item in the sysconf. Is there a bug?

The SysConfig option is named Frontend::ToolBarModule###4-ExternalURL and can be found in group Ticket / subgroup Frontend::Agent::ToolBarModule. However, the version 5.0.2 fixed an bug.
