- Make Queue and Service (and others) dropdowns searchable. Create a New Ticket through Agent interface and click on Queue dropdown, type to search and thats it! You can define others dropdowns on /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/js/Core.Agent.Complemento.SearchableDropdowns.js. Commercial support is available at http://www.complemento.net.br
