It's pretty complicated to add a customized theme to OTRS 2.4.x as there's folders to create, modules to be altered and db entries to be made. myTheme does all that via opm install.
After installing there is a folder /var/httpd/htdocs/css/myTheme/ containing a customizable css and a subfolder "images" containing an image file to be replaced with your organization's logo.
If you choose to deinstall the opm all files are removed, the db entries are deleted and all users that chose myTheme are set back to the standard theme.
